I embarked on a transformative journey during college that would shape my career. I landed a full-time position as an HTML editor at the Daily Journal, where I delved deep into the world of digital content creation. During this time, my fascination with the digital realm took root. I immersed myself in this dynamic environment, refining my web development skills and delving into the intricacies of user response analysis.

 

In this pivotal period, the emergence of social networks and online communication platforms piqued my curiosity about the mechanics behind digital connections. I found myself forging meaningful relationships and friendships online. This newfound passion for online communication propelled me to pursue a Master's in Communication Studies specializing in online interactions.

 

As my passion evolved, so did my career trajectory. I transitioned into roles within the marketing and e-commerce landscape, collaborating with esteemed global wholesale supplier Four Season General Merchandise, the trailblazing social media platform MySpace.com, and the vertically integrated retail manufacturer American Apparel.
 

For over a decade, my fearless leadership in the Halloween industry yielded remarkable results during my tenure as Director of E-commerce and marketing. I refined my skills and drove quantifiable growth and success for the company.

But my passion extended beyond the office walls. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, I manifested Halloween Club's annual Spook Show Halloween festival. This event, which recently celebrated its ninth year, grew exponentially, attracting over 10,000 attendees annually and drawing vendors from as far as Canada to showcase their products.

Today, I am honored to hold the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Boutique Brands. This role has allowed me to harness my expertise in digital marketing, end-to-end e-commerce management, content creation, customer relationship management, project management, web design, and analytics.

In all my endeavors, I firmly believe that challenging the status quo is essential. The phrase "reinventing the wheel" has no place in my professional philosophy. I empower my team to think critically and champion innovative ideas, irrespective of established norms. Witnessing their confidence flourish as their insights are embraced and implemented brings me immense satisfaction.
